Side events can take many formats: workshops, panel discussions, research presentations, capacity-building sessions, networking receptions, and more. Co-hosting between multiple organisations is encouraged, as is diversity in speaker perspectives and backgrounds to foster inclusive, well-rounded dialogue. ACEP will provide a venue and basic audiovisual support, with hosting organisations responsible for their own logistics and promotional outreach.
